3. Quotes and Inquiries

Submitting a quote request or contact form through the Website does not create a contract. Any quotation we provide in response is valid only for the period and conditions stated in it. Transport, forwarding and warehousing services are subject to our applicable service terms and, where relevant, to mandatory international conventions and national law — including the CMR Convention for international road transport.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your inquiry — including cargo descriptions, dimensions, weights, and hazard classifications. For dangerous goods inquiries, providing accurate and complete information (such as MSDS documentation and UN numbers) is essential; we may decline or revise any quotation based on incomplete or inaccurate cargo information.
